Three Speech is looking to bring on board an editorial assistant to work with us in a freelance capacity. You’ll need to be based in London (or able to travel to London regularly), to have consumate gaming knowledge (obviously!), to be great at coming up with ideas and sourcing potential stories. Ideally you’ll have some previous experience of writing for a website, blog or magazine.

Recruiting? I was kinda hoping this site would be shut down. I’m not sure what the point is now that there is an official PlayStation blog. Why split up the news between two sites? At the very least turn this into an official EU PlayStation blog.
As it stands now, there are a lot better unofficial sources for PlayStation news. And the only thing this blog could offer us is official responses to our questions in the comments, which it seems to be incapable of doing. So I’m not exactly sure what the benefit to being “semi-official” is.

Threespeech has advantages over the official Playstation blog, since Playstation do not control the content published here. Personally I think they’re doing a great job to provide interesting articles for us to read. Just look at the articles and videos on Heavenly Sword following their trip to the developer. If I didn’t already have a job I was happy with I might just apply myself!

I would say tho, that I think many people come to Three Speech for exclusives, or early info about PS3 related stuff. It’s great that you have the outspoken opinion pieces etc but deep down the biggest draw to many of us is the hope of getting some insight on stuff that can’t be found anywhere else. Such as gameplay footage or screenshots.
It’s also great to see the rumours quashed here too.
Oh, and the Three Rooms events - we need more

Three Speech is great IMHO and think the mix of news and opinion is about right, think it’ll get better still as the PS3 story develops…..
