   Great news, I was content with Warhawk, but still good. Do you think they should release the original Warhawk game on PSN now?     I believe they took it down just because the other psone games that came with it (medievil and Spyro 2) were both full of bugs glitches and were generally unplayable.

    It was a precautionary messure….but iv played through Crash 2 completely now,and its perfectly allright.

20. #9 - TimeShit (sic) is rubbish, so don’t cry too much about that.PS3-only owners should be sad about the right things, which is the awesome demos for Strangehold and Skate that have yet to appear on the PSN.

    I’m particualrly wanting a Strangehold demo so I can decide whether to spring for the P3 collectors edition or the Xbox 360 version - worried about the PS3 version since it is an Unreal engine game and we know how many of those turn out.

24. A week or two ago Three Speech ran an item saying they were going to get answers off SCEE about the pathetic joke that is the PSN EU Store. What was the result? Is it just the case that the people in charge of the EU store are lazy and incompetent or are they deliberately trying to piss of the European PS3 owners?

    I think we should boycott the EU Playstation Store until they start providing a decent service that matches the US store. I personally am not buying anything from it until this happens but it really won’t make any difference if I’m the only one.

25. Yeah Warhawl is broken here to, can’t get on the network - must have had a bashing. I’m hoping Sony release Home soon it ifs meant to be the replacement for the store. Web type interfaces just don’t work with a controller - you need a mouse for that. It’d be a lot better if it were like the XMB - easily accessible with a controller….

28. Well Japan got 14 ps1 games including crash 2 (I feel bad for the people in the uk who paid for that and yet to get a full working copy), and us got 4 demos plus aload of other content, are update is ok, dirt demo is good but compared to the other stores it’s way below average still.

    my lord!……such negativity such impatience and such ‘its all about me me me’, when are you moaners going to get it through your heads, 85% of games are made in japan and America(NTSC) therefore they will get it first, it wouldnt make any sense making a game to fit europe n australia first because they are pal regions, we’ve always got the games last, if were lucky we’ll get them within a year(im talking about the ps2 games here),now with the ps3 the time it takes to convert are shorter and on a few games it runs better on pal(if they bother to convert them properly), if your all that impatient then get yourselves a yank account its piss easy to set up then you can download all the yank stuff to your hearts impatient content.
    As for sony themselves…..keep up the damn fine work - Im with ya all the way to ‘PlayStation 5′……(i think i may be dead by the time PlayStation 6 comes out)…….but then you never know.

    That only let’s you donwload the free content when it’s Tekken Online and Super Pussle Fighter most people are interested in. To get them you need a US credit card and US address.

    The Playstation Network is a nightmare. Prior to its inception I could simply import my Playstation and PS2 console and games from the US and play less for superior versions of games that ran at the correct speed. This avoided having to put up with the blatant contempt that Sony have for Europeans and also left me feeling good that I never gave a penny to SCEE. I continued this with the PS3 and imported one from the US upon release and have been importing games from the US. Unfortunately I can’t do the same with PSN games and unfortunately have to put up with the abysmal service offered by SCEE. I’m still trying to find a way to get a US pre-paid credit card so I don’t have to put up with this crap.

    Im pretty much just addressing the Paid for contact.I have made myself a US account (which in all honesty i shouldnt have to,but i still did),and their is a huge selection of things i want,that I would love to give sony my hard earned cash for.

    The blast factor add on
    The Tekken Online Patch
    Puzzle Fighter
    And some of the psone games (well mostly just castlevania)

    Theirs others that i cant think of the top of my head.Sony not putting this stuff up on the EU PStore is a pain (iv been waiting for the blast factor addon a month now)

    And as for demos wallpapers and trailers,i can just download them off the US Store and they play perfectly….so why the hell dont they just throw them on the EU store at the same time?Games may be a slight problem sometimes,but not even putting up a 1 mb jpeg image is just lazy,its not like it needs to be translated or regionalized…..

47. Who is in charge of these updates? Use your brains! Updates are more fun being put on at random. This means that more customers will be logging on and using their machines regularly to check (and then play) rather than on a few specific days and especially when theres a nice surprise, if they come constant (i.e every two-three days) its a no brainer.Surely a little liasing between store managers could at least provide a link to suitable US content (albeit with a HD only output if NTSC coded) that is playable here on machines here. Couldn’t content that is HD only (i.e. not PAL compatible) be issued with a warning before purchase (such as written in a different colour of text)? Therefore content could still be put up regularly like the U.S but eventually be replaced with PAL compatilble content (stated with a different colour text). That way money could still be made from these items yet can be obtained at the users discretion rather than the suppliers? Sony your a money machine get your act together many gamers have HD machines so regions arent an issue no more. Break the barrier soon or its gonna be another gulf between US, JAP and EUR Theres a million solutions to this problem! Stop being an ostrich and burying your head in the sand. 52. I just wandered by the SCEE.COM web site, and all of a sudden the european PSN store makes much more sense now.

    To find info on the PS3, which admittedly currently is a small market compared to the PSP, PS2 and 1, you must dive into the press office. The other PS’s have links straight of the home page. When was the PS3 released again?

    Reading about the 3 game studios is also quite interesting in a historic kind of way.

    One wonders if SCEE actually have control of PS3 software?

I have this on pre-order from MovieTyme, but I think I would be wise in cancelling that if it is as bad as everyone says.     and HS anime are Soul Calibur ripoff shit as well, who cares.

    what we want is MGS4 playable demo, KZ2 debug demo or Stranglehold demo.

    latest US demos are shit anyway (don’t try NASCAR…) so don”t regret.

66. My brit friends you know nothing!

    The UK Store has many content that in the PORTUGAL STORE we don`t have. SIGMA, VT3, Armored Core 4 demos, lots of videos and trailers just to mention some lightly.

    Even within Europe, there is diferent content in the Playstation Store.

    In PORTUGAL if we do not make an US fake account we wouldn`t have many many things and hardly a reason to go to the Store.

    I like the fact that Sony let´s us use the other Stores but in fact, we shouldn´t have to.

    Take a look at Heavenly Sword animation an making off episodes 4. You can`t actualy because it´s not there. Why? Probably because we are getting the game on the third week of Setpember! that would leave the week when the game is launched without HS content.

    I know Sony is gonna brighten up things. The PSN has less than a year so the progression is going to be great, I believe.

    BTW : WARHAWK IS AMAZING!

69. i spose 3rd parties should also be blaimed for SCEE countries getting things slowly, as its not sony’s fault we dont see things from capcom, etc etc the same time as the US store. Demos in general, same thing, 3rd parties really do treat PS3 owners like crap.

    Sony’s QA/testing/approval time, the price sony charges 3rd parties to put a demo on the store and localisation also a problem.

    but then the big suprise should be Home Public beta,since it was promissed to be public beta @ 1 july..
    now nobody is seen in it (around 7 people max) and still the old one instead of the new,as it should be new beta,as shown in/on E3 this summer

71. I read somewhere that Sony have said that even if they lose a market share in the industry they are confident that the Bluray will see their profits through as a standalone player.

    I didn’t buy your console for the Bluray, until its established and less expensive I couldnt care. You wouldnt sell a toaster and say “well hey if it burns your toast we can sell it as a heater”. The PS3 is a powerful bit of git so get your arses in gear. As consumers we demand it.

74. Wow, a demo of an xbox game released months ago, you really spoilin me Sony.

    I’m nealy 90% cetain i should sell my PS3 to fund my new sofa/ Most of the pS3 exclusive games feature dragons or swords, does my head in.

75. hello, i live in holland, a little country next to germany and france. a friend of mine told me to make a US acount, because he said there is a lot more to download. ived been googles for a while and i have seen the differance, sony isnt paying fair, against the european ps3 owners. so if sony read this, please make the US JAP EU store the same only different languages, it will be much better then and Xbox 360 won’t beat PS3!

76. can any one tell me if there is any plans AT ALL to bring Super Puzzle fighter HD Remix to PSN I searched everywhere for answer but found nothing, iv even email SCEE and others but they never replied I want this game so bad, sort the fucker out Sony.
